Sawyer's Story...
My name is Sawyer and I'm darn near perfect. No, really! I'm a 5 month old pit bull/boxer mix and right now I weigh 32 pounds. I think I'm gonna be a bruiser and be around the 60-70 pound range when I'm older. Let’s get back to talking about how perfect I am! I love dogs, cats, and kids! I really love playing with other dogs, so I need a home with another dog friend to keep me happy! Because I’m a puppy I show my love by getting a little jumpy so it’s important that the dog, cat, or kiddo is cool with that. Don’t worry, I’m working on it. I already know all kinds of commands, am awesome in my crate, and working hard on house training. I definitely will need to do obedience training to keep up my already established level of perfection. There’s pretty much nothing that I don’t like to do including playing with toys and snuggling. I mean, I’m a pit/boxer mix so I’m gonna be an epic snuggler. Just you wait! I’m up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and neutered. My adoption fee is $250. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sawyer, a Grand Rapids Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer for sale in Grand Rapids, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer puppy from a breeder in Grand Rapids.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Grand Rapids already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Grand Rapids breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Grand Rapids paves the way for another one to be saved.
