Briggs's Story...
Meet Briggs! This handsome Great Dane came to the Inn in need of a second chance. A young guy (about a year old) who weighs in around 110lbs., Briggs is now looking for a forever home. Briggs seems to love everyone he meets - even most dogs! Don’t let the big guy’s size concern you – true to his breed, he is a giant teddy bear with such a gentle soul who loves to interact with people. In fact, all he wants is love and attention. And who can resist that handsome face?

Trying to contain all of that energy is tough sometimes, so he may need some work on his leash skills. But, Briggs is a quick and eager learner, so we know he will be a pro in no time.

Briggs dreams of finding a family who will give him love and security for all his days. In return, he promises to be a devoted companion for years to come. If you think your family could make his wish come true, contact his adoption consultant, Kim, at 440-572-5690 or gr8dane3@gmail.com for more information!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Briggs, a North Olmsted Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in North Olmsted, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in North Olmsted.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Olmsted already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Olmsted breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Olmsted paves the way for another one to be saved.
