My name is Flint. I am a very nice 3 year old dark blonde cocker boy with a natural tail. I was found here in NC by some good Samaritans who were very nice to me, tried to find my owner and finally took me to see a vet. At my appointment they seemed to think that I might have been a backyard breeder dog or somebody just didn't want me anymore and abandoned me to fend for myself. While I was being evaluated they found that I have eye issues and I tested positive for heartworms. The staff suggested that these kind folks contact CCR for rescue help to get my needs taken care of properly.
I came to rescue as heartworm positive and needed treatment to get well, I am now neutered and I've had a dental with three teeth removed. I have a cataract in one eye and the beginning of a cataract in my other eye too. I am so thankful to be here with these nice rescue folks who will take care of my vet needs and then give me a 2nd chance to find a new forever home after I get well.
Please donate to my care by sending in a donation to: CCR, P.O. Box 1050, Kannapolis, NC 28081 and put my name on it so that they will know it is for me. I appreciate your kindness to help me get well.
