Calica is a gorgeous calico (look at those color palette spots!) born approximately 4/1/16. She was found at about 3 weeks of age at a feeding station at a feral colony with no mom in sight. She took to her foster mom and her foster siblings with aplomb. She is an old soul. She has always seemed older than her years, I mean months. She sits back and observes everyone playing before she dives in herself. She likes feet, shoes, and hands to hold her so she can stare at you and purr. She is so used to being picked up and held, she goes limp in your hands. She does knead – a lot. She is smart – she was the smallest – and youngest - to figure out the doggy door leading out to the patio enclosure. Just an incredible kitty. Used to small dogs.

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 4pm.
