My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there I'm Layla, a 3-year-old lab mix and I am taking applications for my new forever home. I was found on July 4th emaciated and walking along I-44 when a wonderful lady came to my rescue. I am now a healthy 65 + pounds and ready to make your home complete! I love to play, but also know how to be laid back and just chill. I am great with kids of any age, great with dogs, (not for sure on cats as my foster family doesn't have any), and I am fully potty trained and crate trained, although I would prefer to be on the couch snoozing! I need a fenced yard to run and play in my forever home. I am eager to please, have learned to sit and will even shake your hand. I love to go on walks and runs and am great on a leash. Have I gotten your attention yet? I hope so cause I would really like to meet you!

My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip with free lifetime registration! If you're interested in meeting/adopting me, please visit rescueonespringfield.com/adoption-application/ and fill out the form!
