Known as a Woodle, this little sweetheart will make you melt when she stares at you with those sad looking eyes but it's all a ploy to get her own way.  She loves to play and run, a fenced yard is a must but she does come when called and enjoys the off leash dog park. She doesn't do well with children under 10 as she gets excited by their play and doesn't understand why they won't let her play whatever they are doing.  House and crate trained, the owner would like to see her in a home where someone is home more than she is able to be at this point. Lillee is not fond of sharing her food, her toys, or her human, so a confident new owner would be needed unless she is to be an only dog. Both breeds, West Highland Terrier and Poodle lifespan averages are between 15 and 16 years so LILLEE should still have more good years left and she's very healthy.  If you are interested in meeting this little cutie please complete an adoption application on our website.  Since she is a Senior dog her adoption donation is only $60.00. She is 10 years old and weighs 20#.

About Second Chance Companions

About Our Rescue Group...

Founded in 1993, Second Chance Companions is a 501(c) 3 non-profit pet organization dedicated to helping animals in SW Washington and the Portland Metro area.

We are a humane, no-kill organization staffed entirely by dedicated volunteers.

Although we do not run an independent shelter, we feed, care for, adopt out, and spay & neuter as many animals as possible. In addition, we educate the community and are always seeking volunteers and resources that help us to accomplish our mission.

We have a small number of foster homes available, but also work with private owners who keep their pets while looking for homes for them.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We have cats available for adoption all the time at the Vancouver Plaza and Gresham Petsmarts.

We also have adoption events most every weekend and often during the week too. See all of our currently scheduled events at: http://www.sccpets.com/pages/events.html
