Jumper's Info...

I am already neutered and up to date with shots.

Jumper's Story...
Jumper needs a home. Jumper's elderly owner was found passed out in her apartment in Dumont and brought to a hospital. A Chance at Life member went in with the Super and Good Samaritan to retrieve Jumper. He was brought to a local vet to be taken care of as there were no records to be found. He was not neutered or vetted in any way.

Jumpers owner has passed and he is now looking for a new furever home. He is now up to date on vaccinations, neutered, fecal test is negative and he is FIV/FeLV negative as well.

Does anyone have room in their heart and home for this sweet, scared boy? We got an approximate age of 4-5 years old from the vet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jumper, a River Edge Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in River Edge, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in River Edge.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in River Edge already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a River Edge breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in River Edge paves the way for another one to be saved.
