Meet Popeye.....a 7yr old chunk of a hunk who is not only super cuddly but perfectly potty trained. This is Popeye's second go round in rescue as he was returned by his family after 2yrs for being nippy. Popeye is learning how to take treats nicer in his foster home as well as not to be jealous of his 4 legged siblings. It is recommended that he go to a home with older, dog savvy kids. He does fine with the other dogs in his foster home but he can get jealous. Also, he prefers to eat separated from other animals as he doesn't like other cold, wet noses in his bowl. If you're looking for a sweetie who is a bit rough around the edges and needs a good human pack leader, then this guy is for you. His adoption fee is $150 and he is neutered and up to date on his shots.

Help raise money for our rescue dogs; donation can be made via PayPal account -

You must be willing to commute to the location that the pet is being fostered in order to be eligible to adopt. We do not ship our pets. We also require that you personally bring the pet back to us should the adoption not work out.

We do NOT negotiate adoption fees.  Our fees have not changed in years, although vetting, food, supplies, etc has all gone up.  All money goes to our dogs and the running of this rescue.  We are 100% volunteered based.

Adoption fees are non-refundable.

Please expect any new pet you bring into your house to need an adjustment period.

Due to the volume of apps and inquiries, we may not be able to respond to everyone.
