Molly's Story...
Hi, my name is Molly. I am an approximately 7 year old German Shepherd/Border Collie mix. I have made a lasting impression on the staff and volunteers for sure. They tell me how sweet, patient, and loving I am. I have been in several homes before, but unforutnely none have worked out. They told the shelter staff how perfect I was. I am housetrained and have very nice manners. If you are looking for an older dog that still has the energy to go out with you but can also chill around the house, please come meet me. I'll be waiting! It should be noted that I would do best as an only dog and I can jump 4' fences.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molly, a Chino Valley German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie for sale in Chino Valley, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Chino Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chino Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chino Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chino Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
