Bella is the sweetest little 5 month old lab mix who through a set of unfortunate circumstances found herself without a family. We anticipate that she will be a medium size girl when she is fully grown - likely around the 50 pound mark.
Bella would make an amazing addition to an active family who wants to make her a part of all of their adventures. She is working hard on her leash training and we know that she would love to be someone's running or hiking partner! Bella is young, so her ideal family will be one that will be patient and positive with her as she continues to grow and develop.
Bella should be adopted by a family who plans to keep her as an inside pet and part of the family. She should not be left unattended for long periods of time outside (for example during the work day). We also want to be sure to point out that she is still a young dog and will need time and patience to acclimate into her new life. Dogs can take a few weeks to fully adjust to their new family.
Bella is vetted appropriate to her age and healthy with no known health issues.
The first step in our adoption process is to fill out an adoption application. This can be found on our website at www.reggiesfriends.org - please hover over the adoptables tab to access the application.

You'll receive a copy, too, at to help you keep track of which pets you've inquired about, and which shelters and rescues you've emailed.
NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures, on the pet's details page on Adopt-a-Pet.com.
