My name is Anise and my foster mom calls me "Neesi". My sisters Juni and Basil along with my brother, Ancho, have all been adopted! Now it is time for my other sister, Carob, and foster sisters, Saffron and Bess, to find our forever homes. We are a great group of kittens and were taken in when our colonies went through Trap/Neuter/Return. That means we are the last kittens our moms and dads will have!
I started out as a scaredy cat, but I am getting better. I nuzzle my foster mom's hand now and purr when she picks me up. I'm not fond of loud noises, so would probably not do well in a home with young children. But I don't mind the noisy beagle, so a dog may be just dandy! I play hard and have a great time with flat little soft toys as well as balls and larger stuffed animals. You can see some videos of me with my foster siblings at:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WlClRj2FCGQ First you will see Bess, then we run down the hall!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0uiL96PJ8t0 First you will see my sister, Carob on top of a kitty tree with my cousin, Saffron in the middle. Carob runs down and up the stairs with me at the bottom of the stairs. Then I tease my foster mom by coming up some but not all the way! You'll also see my older foster brother, Sundance.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=22wKPFuiMNU At the beginning, you will see Saffron run up stairs and into the living room, then back out as Carob runs in. I will come from behind a chair and you can hear me trill. Bess follows me out and stands looking around.
I am a kitten who does well with other animals, and would be uncomfortable as an only cat. I get along with Carob, Bess, and Saffron. If you have a young cat, I could also learn to love them. So hopefully you have enough love to give a beautiful girl like me, and the patience to let me show you just how loving I can be!
