Miss Molly Oklahoma's Story...
Up for adoption: Miss Molly Oklahoma! She's got quite a story and can be adopted in New England.
Miss Molly Oklahoma being saved is the result of a couple key, caring people coming together to save her. They made a Facebook page about her too, you can read her story: https://www.facebook.com/Little-Black-Dog-of-Stillwater-Oklahoma-1015893145187471/?fref=nf
This poor dog was dumped, clearly had litters of puppies and was found wandering and starving in Stillwater, OK. A group of people bannedtogether to save this dog, took care of her, got her vet care and reached out to rescues. They had little luck until they contacted Lucky Lab Rescue. The softie volunteer who helps run the Texas branch was moved by her story and we offered to help!
Now YOU can help give Miss Molly Oklahoma the happy ending she deserves!
She is now spayed, fully vaccinated and microchipped. She is about 4 or so years old and weighs about 55lbs. She gets along with other dogs and walks well on a leash, she knows how to "sit" and is housebroken.
There's videos of her on her Facebook page and we can send you more pics and videos!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Miss Molly Oklahoma, a Austin Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Austin, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
