Tiny Lulu came from a home with too many dogs. She and some of her friends had to be turned in to animal control. Needless to say, the shelter was certainly no place for this sweetheart. Lulu probably did not get much love and attention in her original home. She is cautious with new people but has really come out of her shell as she has gotten to know all of the dogs here. She adores other dogs and loves to romp and run and play with them. It is so cute to see that little fluffball chasing after the others. We really think that although Lulu is a great little lap dog she will definitely enjoy having another dog in her new home. Lulu is doing better every day on leash but does not mind being carried around. We have noticed that she does much better on leash when there is another dog walking with her. Lulu does very well with our cats. We have not seen her around small children but will not place her in a home with toddlers because of her small size. Lulu weighs only 6 lbs. She is about 18 months old. Lulu does very well in her crate and is housebroken. Lulu has been spayed and microchipped and she is up to date on her shots. She has tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks.
