Baggins's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Baggins's Story...
Baggins is a sweetheart. He really loves his foster brother Gandolf. If you are looking for two precious loving kittens, consider these darlings. Kittens do better when adopted in pairs. They keep each other company, provide a wrestling and play companion. Kittens with another kitten in the home are much less likely to play aggressively with their humans and much less likely to play-bite. They learn when enough is enough from their kitty friend. If you are interested in meeting these precious boys, please contract the group at felinecaninehouston@hotmail.com. Of course these would be adopted together for the price of one kitten. Also you would receive 2 coupon books from Petsmart Charities offering free bags of food and discounts on many other pet supplies.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baggins, a Houston Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Houston, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
