My name is Quincy. I'm a female, sable and white Papillon / Chihuahua mix, and I currently weigh 4.1 lbs. I arrived at the shelter on 7/19/16, and have been available for adoption since 8/5/16. I have been vaccinated and dewormed, and will be spayed and microchipped before going to my new home. Because of my delicate size, I would prefer a home without small children. I'm located in kennel B-5.
