Wyatt Earp's Story...

Wyatt Earp, aka Sweet Baa Boo, is a 5 yr old, 25 lb standard size Dachshund. He loves kisses and playing with his squeaky toys. His owner is rehoming him because she is having to relocate and cannot take Wyatt with her. He is good with people and children ages 10 and up. He is good with most other dogs, but needs to be properly introduced. He has not been tested with cats. Wyatt is a great dog and would make a wonderful  companion for most any home.

We need to find Wyatt a new home as soon as possible due to his owner's moving.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wyatt Earp, a Forest Ranch Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Forest Ranch, or seeking a Dachshund dog from a breeder in Forest Ranch.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Forest Ranch already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Forest Ranch breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Forest Ranch paves the way for another one to be saved.
