I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Peanut's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Peanut's Story...

Peanut is very sweet and affectionate and is always looking for someone to snuggle up
with. He can be a bit possessive of his owner, so a family with children older than 10 is
probably best. He walks very well on a leash and gets along with both large and small
dogs, but has not been tested with cats. He is working on housetraining and does fine if
he is taken out regularly. He rides well in the car and is looking for person of family to
love.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peanut, a Forest Ranch Dachshund/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Chihuahua for sale in Forest Ranch, or seeking a Dachshund/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Forest Ranch.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Forest Ranch already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Forest Ranch breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Chihuahua breeders who help with Dachshund/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Forest Ranch paves the way for another one to be saved.
