This is Buddy He is a beautiful adult male Rottweiler located at the Tuolumne County Animal Shelter in Jamestown, CA. We talked to the shelter staff and Buddy was surrendered to the shelter because his owner was moving and they could not take Buddy along with them. This of course is no fault of Buddy's! The shelter staff says he is a complete gentleman. The previous owner mentioned that Buddy does know how to use a dog door and was good with her indoor cats! Yes! I said he is good with CATS!! Good boy! His previous owners also mentioned that he was good around children. The shelter has not tested him with other dogs but, he has shown no strong reactions to any other dogs at the shelter when they pass by his kennel. A meet and greet with Buddy at the shelter might tell you more on how he might do with your family or pets.
Buddy is available for adoption NOW. You can see that he has a docked tail. He still needs to be made current on vaccinations and he is not yet neutered but your adoption fee should cover these services. If you are interested in adopting him, please contact the Tuloumne count animal Shelter directly to inquire about him, or better yet, please go to meet him in person during shelter hours.
