Justin (Neutered)'s Story...
"Justin" is a handsome one-year old male kitty who was brought to the HSOV on August 6, 2016. This little boy has a brown tabby short smooth coat, a long tail, and a sweet face with large golden eyes and long-white whiskers. "Justin" has a lovable outgoing personality and loves attention. This boy is definitely a 'people cat' and wants to be close to whomever he is with. Our photographer fell head-over-heels in love with him even though he was difficult to take pictures of during his photo session :) "Justin" really didn't want to pose for boring still-life photos so we quickly abandoned that idea :) :) He enjoyed exploring our 'studio' and quickly came running to jump up into our photographer's lap or rub up against her for loving. How can you not fall for a guy like him :) "Justin" is a good conversationalist and has a very loud meow. He was given vaccinations and wormer on August 6, 2016. "Justin" was neutered on August 10, 2016 and was also given rabies vaccine. His adoption fee is $20 with an approved adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Justin (Neutered), a Marietta Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
