Karma's Story...
Karma has just come into our rescue. She's 10 weeks old, and weighs approximately 10 pounds. From what we've been able to find out, she's part Beagle, part Australian shepherd, and who knows what else. She's definitely a Heinz57 type pup. We think she'll grow to be about 25-30 pounds at the most. She loves kids, and is curious about other dogs and cats. She wants to play with all of them. She met her first horses today, and it was hilarious. She was an owner surrender. The owners had her for 2 weeks and decided they didn't have time for a puppy, so they turned her in. She was treated for fleas, and we are worming her and giving her the appropriate vaccinations. We will also have her microchipped before she's adopted. She's currently at a foster in central Iowa.
