Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tex is one VERY special Labrador!
He was found in a local shelter with an injured leg after being hit by a car. We quickly discovered that his hip was broken. We repaired the injury with the help of great surgeons. After rest and recuperation, Tex started physical therapy to regain strength and muscle development in his leg. Tex never let any pain slow him down!
Now Tex is running, swimming and playing like a champ! He is a sweet and happy boy. His favorite game is to play fetch in the pool... rehab and play time all in one! We are looking for a new home to have a swimming pool with doggy swim privileges for Tex.
Tex is a sweet boy who loves other dogs. He is house broken and healthy. He is about 2 years old and 58 lbs. He would be a great companion to kids, too!
If you have a swimming pool and are looking for a great Lab to love, please see our web site for information on adopting Tex! www.LoneStarLabRescue.org
