BUBBA's Story...
MEET THE ADORABLE BUBBA!! BUBBA and his brother Beau, barely 2 weeks old, were found nursing on their Mother, a purebred Doberman by a Good Samaritan and brought to the shelter. Incredibly, this little family had been abandoned by people that lived on the property. But they got lucky……..again….. one of our great staff members took Mom and boys home with her to foster and made healthy. They are busting with good health now and ready for a real fur ever home. The boys are around 8 pounds now, but will grow into their breed size soon. Mom is nice size Dobie and she will be staying with her new Mom. BUBBA and Beau are very sweet and gentle pups that are learning sit, down and other basic manners. If you are worthy and interested in one of both of these handsome boys, write pawsnada@aol.com for an application. Call 580-332-5333 after 10am if you would like for them to meet you at the shelter.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BUBBA, a Ada Doberman Pinscher puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Doberman Pinscher for sale in Ada, or seeking a Doberman Pinscher puppy from a breeder in Ada.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ada already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ada breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ada paves the way for another one to be saved.
