Amy Lynn's Animal Care Saved Me!
Thanks to Amy Lynn Alexander, owner of Amy Lynn's Animal Care, LLC, in Erie County, for sponsoring the ROSCOE transport and saving 29 previous lives. Amy tell us, "The Roscoe Transport is named for my dog Roscoe, a Joyful Rescues dog and total love bug! As part of Professional Pet Sitters Week in March of this year it was my goal to donate 10% of my business profits, Amy Lynn’s Animal Care, LLC to Joyful Rescues. It was a quiet week and instead the decision was made to sponsor a transport and save more dogs like Roscoe!" Thank you, Amy Lynn!
Sugar Cane was born about April 25, 2016 and may end up weighing in the 20-25 lb. range when full grown, but we are truly guessing and the only thing we have to go on is that the mom is our Sugar Mama and she weighs 10 lbs. We have no clue what Dad was but at least one pup truly appears to be part Doxie. This puppy is happy, social, and full of life. Please understand that we have no prior knowledge of this dog and we will be learning as we go and so will you. We sure are glad we were there to take this puppy away from danger. The Adoption Fee for this dog is $425.00.
Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY.
Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES
We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. If a pet is still showing, it is still available for adoption.
Our primary goals here at Joyful Rescues are to re-home pets and save them from becoming homeless in the future, educate the public on pet care and spaying/neutering to control the pet overpopulation, to spay/neuter every pet before they leave us and spay/neuter as many pets, belonging to the public, as possible within our means.
