Caesar's Story...
This boy is just fabulous. Caesar was saved at the 11th hour from a high kill pound. He is an amazing 62# dog who is well mannered, walks well on a leash, great with all people and dogs. He has seen cats and seems only curious. He loves to get out and walk, walk, walk. Caesar is so handsome, and his tail curls up too. He needs a HOME or a foster since he is stuck in boarding. contact adoptachowla@gmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Caesar, a Marina del Rey Chow Chow/Akita dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chow Chow/Akita for sale in Marina del Rey, or seeking a Chow Chow/Akita dog from a breeder in Marina del Rey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marina del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marina del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chow Chow/Akita breeders who help with Chow Chow/Akita rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marina del Rey paves the way for another one to be saved.
