Hi there, I'm Pepper. Hm.. how to describe us. Well there's Batman & Robin, Sherlock & Holmes & Spy vs. Spy.

We go by Salt & Pepper. We're like a hybrid between super heroes and stage performers. I know that sounds odd but hear me out. I (Pepper) like to follow everyone around to make sure everything is safe like a good little super hero. We both love to fight off the evil do'er lurking underneath the sheets called Toes (this is majority of our super hero training currently).

We REALLY like other the cats at our foster home and even the really big 50lb one that goes woof (she's our main backup in case the humans get out of line). We are a great duo and enjoy performing together. We love to run around and play and we put on quite a show when you give us a little ball or mouse (thus the stage performer reference). We haven't quite worked out our entrance but I'm sure you could help us complete our super hero/stage training with some patience. At this point, I think we have a good solid base for a future in either crime fighting or being on stage. We just need the right person to further our career. Being super heroes, we are cautious of new people. We have to figure out whether or not you're a friend or foe. Once we get to know you and can trust that you're on our side, we promise to protect you for the rest of our days!

Remember that most kittens need the companionship of another kitten or young cat in order to grow into well-adjusted adults. Please consider the many benefits of adopting a pair! We're happy to help you find the perfect match! Please be aware that some of our kittens are in bonded pairs and cannot be separated.

About Furkids, Inc.

About Our Shelter...

Furkids was founded in 2002 and has become Georgia's largest, no-kill, cage-free animal shelter. We care for approximately 500 animals a day. We operate a beautiful and fun shelter for our cats, as well as a foster home network for our dogs and kittens and special needs animals, and our seven retail adoption centers. Volunteers and donations are always needed to help keep things running at the highest standard. Come join our family - we have a great time saving Georgia's homeless animals together! We also operate an amazing thrift store six days a week in Norcross! We appreciate your donations for the store. Visit www.furkids.org for more details.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We conduct tours and meet and greets at our shelter by appointment. Adoptions are done seven days a week and the cats at our adoption centers can be seen during store hours. The first step is to complete an online application so an adoption counselor can contact you.

Our Adoption Process...

Please complete our online application. Once received, an adoption counselor will contact you to discuss the animal(s) you are interested in and discuss your application. Visit www.furkids.org for a listing of our requirements and adoption fees.
