Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We do not adopt dogs from phone calls or emails. Please do not fill in adoption forms anywhere else, but on OUR web site. Thanks for that.
To start our adoption process, please fill out our form on our web site at: www.spokanewienerdogs.org and see the Adopt a Dog/Fee page with more details on how we adopt our dogs. There are a lot of questions answered on our web site and personality details below about each dog BELOW so please READ BEFORE getting in touch. We already answer 500+ emails a day. We do answer questions on dogs once our adoption paperwork is filled in so we can match to the right homes.
Please indicate which dog you are interested in on our adoption form. If their name says "pending home" then they are not available and are on a test drive with a new family. We do remove our dogs when our adoptions are final so please do not ask us if dogs are available if you see their ads.
There is an adoption fee of $350 for this dog.
Scooter came to rescue because he needs some socializing and more manners in no messes in the house. He has not offered to mark here and is asking to go outside. I always suggest folks just crate these dogs when gone when he is crate trained.
He is doing great on his indoor manners and has not made one mess so I am thinking folks left him loose all day when gone so at some point if playing he would have to relieve himself which is why we crate ours when gone. The less they move the less they have to go and more sleeping until people are home.
He is getting along great with all of our dogs in just one day here. This boy is amazingly smart and easy to train. Just a fun puppy who loves people.
Scooter thinks cats are toys so no cats please.
Scooter is amazingly charming and playful. He is meeting and greeting all our company with enthusiasm while suggesting they play tug-o-war or throw balls for him.
Scooter is very charming so I see no problems finding him a home. He is 14 pounds to a tweenie, all muscle and a year old with his birth date of December 2014. Folks always want younger dogs and here is this handsome boy waiting for the right people.
