Violet's Story...
Hi! I'm Violet I am believed to be a Chihuahua around 7 years old. I was found running on Royce Rd in Bolingbrook and no one came looking for me. I was found by animal control who then found me my new rescue A Tail of 4 Paws. They were so nice to bring me into their foster program and get me my vetting (Spayed, dental, and my shots). I'm friendly girl, initially a little shy. I like when someone takes it a little slow and lets me feel comfortable -which is pretty quick. I bet you can't resist my cute face. Hope to meet you soon so I can find my forever home,

If you are interested in meeting me please submit an application-you can find on our website www.atailof4paws.org or contact us at 855-630-7297 or email at rescue@atailof4paws.org. My fee is $250 which includes my neuter, rabies, distemper, heartworm check, microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Violet, a Romeoville Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Romeoville, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Romeoville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Romeoville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Romeoville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Romeoville paves the way for another one to be saved.
