Bear is a very handsome and sweet 2 year old Rottweiler/Shepherd/Lab mix. He is incredibly intelligent, listens well and learns quickly; loves the water; rides great in a car; gets along well with other dogs; enjoys playing with toys or you! He is such a wonderful boy with a great personality! He is current on all of his vaccinations; been dewormed and treated for fleas/ticks; and is neutered.

About Our Shelter...

Sutter Buttes Canine Rescue is an independent donor supported 501 (c)3 non-profit organization, run by committed volunteers. We are a No-Kill Shelter. We provide care for abandoned and homeless animals, while they await their permanent homes. We are dedicated to providing humane treatment and quality of life for the animals. All animals are spayed and neutered and receive vaccinations and rabies prior to release. Puppies go out under a spay/neuter contract.

Proceeds directly benefit our homeless animals, providing medical care, food, vaccinations, spaying/neutering and all other necessities. Our Adoption Process...

We work hard to address all of your concerns about adopting a new pet, and we make every effort to ensure all the important questions are considered, in an attempt to match you with an animal that will be the best suited for you and your lifestyle. We work hard to make every adoption a wonderful, successful experience. All adoptions are done through an application process, followed by a contract, which will be drawn up between you and Sutter Buttes Canine Rescue. You must be 18 years old to adopt a dog from our Rescue. There will be other criteria you must meet prior to adopting an animal from Sutter Buttes Canine Rescue. Our volunteers are happy to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.
