Buddy's Story...
HANDSOME! SUPER SWEET! CURIOUS!

Buddy is a fluffy one year old boy with gorgeous gold eyes and white socks on all four paws. Buddy seems to be an adventurer, he loves to explore and seek out high spots, we are jokingly referring to him as a "tree dweller."

Combo Tested, vaccinated, neutered, microchipped.

Buddy is being fostered in home and attends regularly scheduled adoption events on weekends; however arrangements can be made to meet him in his home with an accepted adoption application. If you are interested in Buddy, please contact us for more information (or) complete the online adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a Baton Rouge Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Baton Rouge, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Baton Rouge.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baton Rouge already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baton Rouge breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baton Rouge paves the way for another one to be saved.
