Om's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Om's Story...
My name is Om but people call me Fluff. I love it when you talk to me and I love to talk back with my high pitched voice. I need skin to skin contact with my person a few times a day. I prefer TV time with shorts on because I love to cuddle with my human's bare legs.
I get along great with dogs and other cats... As long as they don't say mean things. I don't like growling or hissing. It makes me mad and I'll show you who's boss if you say mean things like that.
I am an excellent companion but not a night time cuddle bug. My brother Buddha takes the night shift.

Cats adopted through FUR will be vaccinated, spayed or neutered, tested for Felv/FIV and they are microchipped prior to adoption. Typical Adult cat adoption donations are $75, cash or cards accepted, sorry no checks. Southern California residents only, we do not adopt to residents not within driving distance of our adoption centers. Please visit our website, www.felineundergroundrescue.com for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Om, a Winchester Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Winchester, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Winchester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Winchester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Winchester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Winchester paves the way for another one to be saved.
