Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Peanut and Scuba Girl are 4 year old Beagle/Chihuahua mix sisters. Unfortunately their family lost their home and the girls ended up here at Friendship. They are a little timid in their new surroundings but are super sweet dogs. Peanut and Scuba Girl are good with other dogs and okay with cats. If a cat starts running they will chase it, but not hurt it. It's probably best if kids in the family were a little older. Scuba girl will sometimes nip at your ankles. They are getting more comfortable each and everyday at the shelter and are delightful dogs. Peanut and Scuba Girl may not be in the same kennel but they would love a home together. They can be adopted separately if need be. Peanut is tri-colored. Scuba Girl is tan.
If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours
All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
