Facts about Graham

already neutered and up to date with shots.
I am already neutered and up to date with shots.
I am Graham, and I'm new to this adoption thing. My foster mom thinks I'm a Turkish Van cat because I'm silky soft and have all the great markings. I just know I'm pretty cute and sweet and love to be petted. I purrs constantly. I like to bat around toy mice and chase jingle balls. I'm good with other cats and dogs and would like a playmate in my new home.
Founded in 1992 the Community Animal Welfare Society ( CAWS) is one of the oldest no-kill animal rescues in Utah. Over the last 20 years CAWS, our fosters and supporters have saved thousands of lives including over 600 last this year. As the largest foster home network in the state of Utah we focus on high risk pets in need of additional care and rehabilitation

Come Meet Our Pets...
CAWS does not have a conventional shelter facility - all CAWS animals waiting for adoption are in foster homes. The number of animals we can help find new homes for is closely linked to how many CAWS foster homes are available. For additional information regarding how you, too, can become a foster, please see our fostering page located on our web site!
CAWS volunteers bring cats and dogs to the PetSmart near 2100 South and 300 West in South Salt Lake on the third and fourth weekends of each month
We are also at the Sugarhouse PETCO (1165 Wilmington Ave) the first Saturday of each month.
Our Adoption Process...
Since we make a lifetime commitment to any animal that comes into our program, we only adopt out animals to people in our area..
If you are interested in adopting a CAWS cat or dog, please fill out the online application at http://www.caws.org/application/, email email@example.com or call 328-4731. For the most timely response applying online is recommended.
We respond as quickly as possible but as we are a volunteer based organization and do not have full time staff, we respond as quickly as possible.
Thank You! Your message has been sent to Community Animal Welfare Society.
You'll receive a copy, too, at
to help you keep track of which pets you've inquired about, and which shelters and rescues you've emailed.
NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter!
Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures,
on the pet's details page on Adopt-a-Pet.com.
