Thor's Story...
Hi, friends of Paw Prints in the Sand! My name is Thor and my foster parents assume that I'm about 2 years old. They think this because I don't have the crazy fun exciting puppy energy seen in younger dogs and I know some basic commands.

I absolutely love my foster parents be issue they feed me. It's one of my favorite past times. I also enjoy spending my downtime taking relaxing naps and trying to stay cool in the SoCal heat.

Speaking of cool, I absolutely adore (j'adore if I was a French poodle) playing with water. While my foster parents don't have a pool they assume is be a natural water pooch. I love going after the hose any chance I get, as long as someone is spraying water.

I am one of the friendliest dogs you'll ever meet. I love all people and dogs. There's nothing more that I enjoy than spending time with my humans and their furchildren.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Thor, a Newport Beach American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog for sale in Newport Beach, or seeking a American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Newport Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newport Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newport Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog breeders who help with American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newport Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
