Jessica's Story...
Jessica is a sweet girl! She came to us with her "brother" Logan because the owner is now in a walker and the dogs jumped on her. She is 4 years old and very playful! She gets along with both cats and dogs and loves to play with her foster siblings! She is crate trained, housebroken and weighs 20 lbs. She is currently on a diet because she is about 4 lbs. overweight. Jessica loves everyone! However, she would be too playful for a small child, so she would do best with older kids. She would love a brother or sister to run and play with. Jessica is de-barked, so she has a "raspy" voice from the de-barking. She is a fun, lovable girl that would love to have a home of her own!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jessica, a Phoenix American Hairless Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Hairless Terrier for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a American Hairless Terrier dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Hairless Terrier breeders who help with American Hairless Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
