Archie's Story...

Hello, my name is  Archie! I am a loving, active little guy who weighs just 12 lbs and  I am about 6 months old. A rescue took me in when I was abandoned by my owner and they think I am a terrier/ Chihuahua  mix,  I have lots of energy and love to run and play. I have  long, lanky legs that make me quick on my feet! I am currently working on my potty training (and doing great!), learning to walk on a leash, kennel training and learning some manners. I get along great with other dogs and love playing with our 3 big dogs constantly at my foster home.  I don't seem to mind cats much. I will need lots of undivided love and attention since I am still a puppy. . Will you give me a 15+ year home where you will take me on walks and let me hang out with you?

This is a courtesay post for the Helotes Humane Society.   For information on how to adopt me, please contact my foster parents at info@dogdiggityrescue.com. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Archie, a Olympia Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Olympia, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Olympia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Olympia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Olympia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Olympia paves the way for another one to be saved.
