Bitsy's Story...
What a little doll baby!! Bitsy was found as a stray, emaciated, full of worms, having probably just weaned a litter of pups from her first heat. She also has some type of skin issue that appears to be an allergy, perhaps to fleas. We believe Bitsy is about one year old, and is a Weimaraner/Chi or perhaps a Weim/Min Pin. She has the coat and eyes of a Weim, but the delicate legs and feet of another breed, and she is clearly much smaller than a Weimaraner, weighing in at a whopping 30 lbs.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bitsy is taking quickly to the concept of housetraining, and gets along GREAT with other dogs large and small (well, large and larger in reality).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As always, a fenced yard is required. Local adoptions only (within about an hour of Murfreesboro, TN). Bitsy will be spayed as soon as the vet deems her healthy, and will only be adopted after surgery is complete.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bitsy, a Murfreesboro Weimaraner/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Weimaraner/Chihuahua for sale in Murfreesboro, or seeking a Weimaraner/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Murfreesboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Murfreesboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Murfreesboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Weimaraner/Chihuahua breeders who help with Weimaraner/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Murfreesboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
