I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Dotty’s rescue story began in an alley where she was found by a couple of kids. They took her home, but their mom wouldn't let them keep her and told them to get rid of her. Although this was the perfect set-up to create a couple of young cat dumpers, the kids cared enough to try and find her a home. They started knocking on doors trying to find a safe place for her to go and wound up on the door step of one of our foster moms. Despite our foster program busting at the seams, she felt she just had to help these kids do the right thing for this little kitten. She took Dotty from them, while thanking them and telling them how awesome it was of them to look for a home for this kitten and promised them that she and OFF would complete their mission to find Dotty a good home. Dotty is a little cuddly sweetheart with an odd meow – not a full meow. She loves nap time on her human on the couch and will cuddle with your hair. She is a white beauty with 3 pale grey dots on her forehead. She is spayed, and just had her 2nd vaccine so she is ready for the final stage of the completing the mission the kids who found her started: moving into a forever home!
We are a group of volunteers who formed in August 2013 to address the issue of homeless felines in our county. As of April 2016, we have done TNR on 896 community cats. As a natural progression of our program, we also provide fostering and adoptions of domestic cats and kittens. All of our foster felines are in private homes, not a shelter environment. We can help arrange transport if needed.
Come Meet Our Pets...
By appointment only. Foster kitties are in multiple locations. All attempts will be made to get your possible adoptees in one location for a meet 'n greet as quickly as possible.
Our Adoption Process...
We offer adoptions based on donations comparable to the vetting that we have completed on the kitty. Spay or neuter is mandatory. If the kitty you choose has not yet been s/n, we require a $50 refundable deposit when you have completed the spay or neuter.
