Saddle is the last of the Shindy pups and he has grown into quite a handsome boy. The pups we believe are a mix of Hound, Basset Hound, and Labrador. Mom is a short girl and about 40lbs. We think pups will be a bit bigger than mom when full grown, they have some good sized paws. Mom has a kind, playful and friendly personality that she passed on to her pups. Saddle is great with other dogs, he has been fostered with a variety of ages and sizes and he loves them all! He is friendly with people and does well with the cats in his foster home. He is working on his house training and is catching on. Saddle is also working on dropping a few pounds, he will enjoy joining you on walks and short hikes, plus getting plenty of playtime! Saddle would then love to snuggle up with you and relax! Interested in meeting this sweet boy? Fill out an adoption application on our website.
The adoption includes the altering of the dog, current vaccinations, and microchipping. For more information on the adoption donation and our adoption process, please visit our website at www.labsandmore.org and click on "Adopt." You will find our online adoption application there as well. Once you are approved to adopt, we will discuss how to meet our available dogs. To keep our puppies healthy, we only allow approved applicants to handle puppies at our adoption events. Our dogs are NOT housed at our mailing address. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit, all-volunteer organization. Thank you for reaching out to rescue a dog in need of hope!
