Bruce is a super sweet and social boy. He weighs in at around 80 pounds. He is is great on leash and never meets a stranger. Bruce is wonderful on car rides and very athletic. This handsome boy is ready to find his forever home. Bruce is an an amazing boy that will make a wonderful family companion and best friend. Bruce will love the cold weather up north and will be stunning laying by the fireplace!
This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! First, CPR with be with North Shore Animal League on Friday, October 28th at Petland in Southbury, CT from 2pm-6pm. Then, CPR will be at Petsmart in Meriden, CT on Saturday, October 29th from 10am-2pm. Lastly, CPR will be at Cheshire Cat and Dog Too in Cheshire, CT on Sunday, October 30th from 10am-2pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed the same day. Come meet our pups and find your forever friend!
This dog is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested positive for heartworms and has under going treatment before leaving our care. The adoption fee is $375 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
