Beautiful Ruby is a delightful three year old husky who is looking for her new fur-ever home. This precious girl came in with her fur-siblings when her humans lost their home to foreclosure and were forced to move into a place that didn't allow the dogs. It's obvious Ruby misses her previous owners, and is having a difficult time adjusting to the new adoption center; so she will need a new owner that will give her plenty of time to adjust to her new surroundings. Ruby previous mom described her as active, friendly, well behaved, and independent. She absolutely adores peanut butter treats, and loves when we offer KONG toys filled with frozen peanut butter as a snack. She also enjoys receiving turkey hot dogs as a treat when shes being extra special. She is a smart girl, is house trained, crate trained, and knows how to shake hands when you tell her "paw". She is great with kids of all ages, and does well with other dogs. She is a typical Husky and like the breed is known for- she sheds and is a talker. She would not do well in an apartment or in a house with close neighbors that might not appreciate her singing voice. She is used to being mostly indoors, and will need a new owner that can commit to keeping her inside most of the time. She is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and is microchipped.
