My story

Like Friendship APL itself, Woodstock has an indomitable spirit. This chihuahua has two luxating patellas in his back legs and has adapted to this genetic abnormality by learning to walk on his front legs. This little guy is at least 7 or 8 years old, but he will astound you with how well he gets around despite only using two legs. Woodstock was abandoned at a local vet's office and is now available for adoption at Friendship. Stop by soon and check out the little fellow named, Woodstock. He was recently a guest on the Channel 3 News.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
