Tasha was found as a very pregnant stray. She gave birth to 9 healthy babies two weeks before Christmas . The vet believes this was her 3rd or more litter and she is only 3 or 4 years old. She is very very smart and may have had some dog training classes in her past. She knows sit, stay, lie down and let go(when playing with a toy).
It takes Tasha a bit to warm up to new people (may growl at strangers) But, once she trusts you, she will be the most loyal dog. Treats are the key to her heart. She does have a high predator drive so no cats. Small children and many dogs are NOT recommended.
She is fun, energetic, playful and sweet ONCE she trusts you. A home with frequent visitors would not be the right home for her. She LOVES her people but very suspect of strangers.
Will be best in a quiet home where she won't encounter a lot of strange people.
