ANGEL was surrendered by her family because she had been attacked by a dog and they couldn't afford vet care. She had facial reconstruction surgery at the Baltimore shelter where she was dumped prior to coming to us. Angel is now settling into her foster home and has healed completely from her surgery. She is not yet spayed but we will address that in a few months so as to space out her going under anesthesia. Angel is a complete sweetheart! Great with kids - there are 6 yr old twins and older kids as well in her foster home. Angel has not yet been dog tested due to her trauma but will be when we feel she is ready. If you are interested in adding this little lady into your home please fill out an application at Adoption $100

About CompAnimals Pet Rescue, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

CompAnimals Pet Rescue is a small not-for-profit "no kill" rescue. Our mission is to take in unwanted, abandoned or abused dogs, cats and other small pets; to place those we can in loving, permanent homes; and to provide a sanctuary for the animals whose age, health issues or temperament precludes them from adoption. Our dogs & cats are neutered, vaccinated and receive all necessary medical treatment beford being made available for adoption. Through our volunteers and outreach programs we educate the next generation about the importance of spay/neuter and giving a lifelong home to their pets. We hope to one day put ourselves out of business but until then we will continue to rescue regardless of breed, age or medical condition.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our shelter has visiting hours - Wed through Sat from noon 'til 5 p.m. You're welcome anytime we're open.
Most our our dogs live in foster homes, and will likely not be at the shelter unless arrangements are made ahead of time.
We do hold monthly "Meet and Greets" at local pet stores, but here, as well, to meet a specific dog arrangements should be made in advance so that
your potential new best friend can be there waiting to meet you.

Our Adoption Process...

Please visit for more information about the adoption process and our fees. Our application is online, and relatively quick and painless to fill out.
We are a small all volunteer organization. Your e-mail wiil typically receive a quicker response than your phone call.
