Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there! My name is Clair, and I'm an oh-so-sweet, friendly tabbico (tabby calico) DSH who was born in August 2012 and who purrs all of the time. I find myself in the precarious position of needing a new home because my human, who adopted me from Buster's Friends back in 2014, lost her job and had to move to a place that does not allow pets. Oh, my, I'm just so disappointed because she really loved and cherished me, as I did to her. And to make matters worse, this is not the first time that I've lost what I thought was a secure home.
Back in 2014, I started showing up outside foster meowmy's house one day. She thought I must belong to someone because I am so friendly and looked well cared for. As the weeks went by, I never left foster meowmy's driveway because she was the only who fed me. That is when she realized that my previous family must have abandoned me. I had no ID tag or microchip, so she could not even track them down to ask. She took me to the vet, and he figured out that I had already been spayed, which proves that someone used to care about me.
Well, here I am back at my foster home, and although I'm grateful for the love she showers on me, I am hoping to find my a lifetime family of my very own! The third time should be the "charm," so they say. I hope that my next family will love and take care of me furrever! Might that be with you? Please open up your heart and home to me so that I can show you what a sweet, friendly girl I am and so that I rev up the decibels on my purr motor.
Clair is updated on shots, spayed, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV negative, and ready for her indoor-only home. Her adoption fee is $100, cash or check payable to Buster's Friends. Please click the contact button if you are interested in sweet Clair so that we can arrange for you to meet her.
