Claire is a very cute deaf Catahoula Leopard Hound. She is deaf because she was bred merle to merle, as is so common in the breed. She was dumped on a country road in Louisiana with her sister Cleo. Claire and Cleo are about four months old.
She is a very gentle puppy who has a very happy temperament. Catahoulas are very smart and funny dogs and are lots of fun to live with. We think they are even more fun when they are deaf because they pay such great attention to their people.
Claire is spayed, current on vaccines and micro-chipped. We include training for local adopters, and also offer group obedience classes at the Ranch. She also comes with a puppy starter package.
