Description: If you poured caramel cream and butterscotch over dark chocolate, you'd have Paddy! The darker shade comes down over his face in a perfect V over his huge golden eyes, reminiscent of the hairstyle sported by Grandpa from The Munsters.
Personality: For 50 pounds of pure muscle, this boy is shy and submissive. He loves people, and soon after being comfortable with you, Paddy will initiate contact by putting his lovely big head up against you to be petted, his sweet disposition shining through! Great with other dogs, he's got a calm, rather laid-back manner. He's learning his house and leash manners, and some basic commands. Very intelligent, Paddy is eager to please and so he is easy to train.
Animal History: Paddy was picked up by Animal Control in a rural area and taken to a nearby shelter that does not do any vetting for injured animals. An advocacy group was able to pull him from the shelter and get him the basic vet care he needed.
