Looking for my best friend and more – I’m down to earth, non-materialistic, affectionate & caring!

Greyson is a quiet sort who is looking for a loving person of his very own. He may seem very serious at first, but he melts as soon as you give him the pets he loves so much. Petting brings out purrs, kneading and elevator butt, as he nuzzles your hand. In fact he calls to anyone who stops to look into his cat community room.

We don’t know where Greyson came from or what adventures he has had, but we can see that this handsome boy is ready for a quiet life in a loving home with his human best friend. He would do best as a single cat or maybe with a dog.

If you stop by to meet him, Greyson will most likely be on top of one of the cat trees. If he is sound asleep, he could be laying on his back, belly exposed with all four paws in the air. If he is awake, he will call to you and yes he does answer to his name :-)

Are you ready for an affectionate and caring feline to be your best friend? Come meet Greyson and discover all of the love he has to give!

You can meet Greyson at the Coronado Animal Care Facility. The facility is open daily between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm (except major holidays) and is located at 1395 First Street at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.

If you are interested in adopting Greyson, you must first complete a Cat Adoption Application and meet with a PAWS of Coronado Cat Adoption Counselor. Cat adoption applications are available at the facility or Cat Adoption Applications may be completed online.

About PAWS of Coronado

About Our Rescue Group...

Since 2003 PAWS of Coronado has worked with the Coronado Animal Care Facility to provide shelter and find homes for orphaned cats, kittens and dogs relinquished by their guardians, stray or abandoned cats, and cats rescued from abuse or neglect.

We are a small grass roots organization committed to 100 percent placement of adoptable animals and envision a time when every friendly, healthy, homeless animal in our community can be cared for until a new family is found.

Our cats are extremely socialized, relaxed, trusting and loving in large part to our cat petting program. Our dogs are equally socialized and trained due to the dog walking program. The caring hands and hearts of the volunteers and ACF staff help the animals thrive even in a facility environment.

You can become involved with PAWS of Coronado as a volunteer or as a member (there are a variety of levels of annual dues) or by contributing a memorial plaque for the Memorial Wall at the Coronado Animal Care Facility.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Come meet the cats, kittens & dogs for adoption at the Coronado Animal Care Facility (ACF) at 1395 First Street in Coronado, CA. The ACF is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm except on major holidays. Cat Adoption Team members are on call daily to come meet you at the ACF and help you choose the perfect cat or kitten. The ACF staff will introduce you to the dogs and the Dog Adoption Team will help you with the adoption.
