My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

When Moby came into our lives, we thought we saw him slide down a rainbow to get to us. He emulates a couple of our favorite rescues who passed before he appeared. What is even more amazing is that not only does he remind us of two of the GREATS, he is a GREAT in his own right. Before coming to us, life wasn't super easy for Moby. But you can tell by looking at him that this guy is just not interested in what is behind him. He will gaze into your eyes, waiting for the perfect moment to slop a kiss or for you to pet him. If you aren’t quick enough to understand that he wants to be the object of your affection, he will gently pick up his paw and make it clear. Moby loves little dogs. He is king of his foster house and loves cuddling up with his dog friends. Moby takes this job quite seriously. Just kidding, Moby doesn’t take much seriously except for love. This guy is serious about living the rest of his life in love. What else would you expect from a gentle giant who slid down a rainbow?
Moby is about 8 years old and has low to medium energy. He is the perfect companion for a leisurely stroll (no marathons for this guy).

If you're interested in adopting this pet please fill out our matchmaking questionnaire (www.rescuefromthehart.org). We are volunteer based and will do our best to get back to you within 72 hours. Please do not call as our phone is intended for emergencies only. If we feel that one of our dogs is a good match we will set up a private meet and greet We do not have a physical location where you can come and meet all the dogs at once, so meet and greets may take a little time to coordinate. Our requested adoption donation is $300 and all adopters are required to fill out an adoption agreement.
