Michelle Pfieffur's Story...
Michelle Pfeiffur is a sweet-natured girl who really loves people and is extremely affectionate. No doubt that is why someone used her to breed many litters of puppies before leaving her at a shelter with her last litter of two. One of the pups made it and was adopted, the other did not survive and little Michelle was left there alone, being passed by. Until we stepped in to give this little darling her much deserved big break! She is highly motivated by treats and will stand up or sit up and paw the air to encourage “more please!”. Michelle is the epitome of an adorable, lovable girl and is anxiously awaiting her furever home where she can enjoy many, many more years in her new role as someone’s perfectly happy little companion.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Michelle Pfieffur, a Los Angeles Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
