Dobie Foster's Story...
This unusually gorgeous sweet dog is a mix of dobie and corgi/basset. She was found stray in the San Fernando Valley, and was shut down and very shy. The wonderful volunteers at the shelter have been working with her to bring her out of her shell. Now, though still initially shy and scared, quickly bonds and befriends people and loves to cuddle next to you and receive her pets. She is abit scared of the leash but with gentle encouragement follows well. She is ready for a foster to adopt or adoption !! Just 35 lbs, she would be great in either a home with a secure yard or an apartment/condo with regular walks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dobie Foster, a Los Angeles Corgi/Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Doberman Pinscher for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Corgi/Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Corgi/Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
